It hasn't been an easy process and there is still work to be done, but we are so pleased with the work done so far and will continue to go back. I have been going to see Dr. Rubtsova for about three years now and I am always very happy with the work that she does. She and her staff are always very welcoming and very sweet. My husband and I always enjoy our dental services at this great dental care center. Dr. Rubtsov is not only a wonderful dentist, but also is a very caring person. Each time, he will take his time to check our teeth and discuss the specific work that he plans to do for us. If we don't understand something, he will explain again until we fully understand it. We truly appreciate his dedication to his dental patients throughout all these year. Moreover, his staff is an excellent team. The young lady at the front desk is always welcoming us with a tender voice; she will call a day before our appointment to remind us the exact time. And the assistants are also very sweet and helpful; they make us feel like we are just coming to visit our friends here (not to see the "Dr.")... So we will say "N.
